I cook with love: I marinate shrimp with garlic and chili, melt cheese in the sauce so it stretches, and top it all off with a dollop of sour cream or a slice of rye bread. Sometimes I experiment—I add a pinch of coriander to Olivier salad or hot pepper to beef Stroganoff.
For me, food is both pleasure and creativity. I love trying new things, but I always return to my favorite flavors: spiciness, the sea, and hearty dishes that warm the soul.

My native Yerevan, where every street exudes history and warmth. Mountains on the horizon, old benches, and ringing voices in the streets create a feeling of home. The taste of fresh lavash, the aroma of coffee, and evenings at Kascade with a view of the city—all this is part of me. I'm proud of the culture, hospitality, and strength of the people who preserve traditions while simultaneously looking forward. Yerevan is a place you always want to return to.
